Service-Based Refunds

  • Refunds are available if the printer setup service could not be completed due to a technical reason from our side.

  • If the setup was successfully completed as agreed, refunds will not be issued.


Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • Our technician was unable to guide you to complete your printer setup.

  • No troubleshooting steps resolved your issue and service was not delivered as promised.

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • You changed your mind after the service started.

  • Issues arise that are outside of basic printer setup (example: hardware failure, defective printer, internet service provider issues, etc.).
